P&C Welcome
Chancellor State College P&C Association is a big part of our College community.
Welcome to Chancellor! We work closely with the College leadership team, parents, community members, teaching staff and students to create a learning environment that allows students to achieve. Contribute to projects that ensure students have the resources to help them thrive, and build a supportive and well connected community.
P&C meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month in the Primary Campus library. These meetings provide an opportunity for parents to meet with the Executive and Campus Principals, which provides you an insight into the direction of the College. The P&C have input into College policies and procedures, and assist in creating our vibrant culture. The meetings also allow us to focus on building our College community and progress P&C projects and operations.
We’d love for you join us!

What The P&C Does
Your P&C Association is a not-for-profit organisation
Your P&C Association is a not-for-profit organisation that operates the College uniform shop, primary tuckshop, secondary cafeteria, an external tuckshop, Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), and organises many community events for our Chancellor community. All funds we raise go directly back into College resources. However, we are so much more than raising money; we are also all about building our community and creating a village.

How My Children Benefit
Parental involvement in your child’s schooling is a very good predictor of a student’s educational achievement. Research shows that parent involvement increases attendance rates and encourages your child to have higher aspirations in life.
How will you benefit?
As a Talking Families school we want to build our Chancellor Village and parent together. It’s important that we all have a village around us in these challenging times. Being involved in your P&C or volunteering with our College gives us so many benefits as parents. Let’s build our village knowing that we are not alone.
There are many ways to be involved!
All members of the school community are welcomed and encouraged to get involved in the P&C.
